Insulating with hemp lime plaster in Frome
The one we consistently use is a fat hemp lime putty plaster. The hemp fiber in it slows the set of the lime and adds some insulation and thermal mass.

The internal walls were all Plastered with lime hemp. The external was leveled with lime hemp the insulated with 40mm wood fiber board and finished in the same fat lime plaster.
